This is one of the best salmon dishes I have ever made. Not only is it simple but it looks pretty classy when served up for that special occasion or even just on a regular night.
I started with some frozen Salmon fillets that we purchased from Costco, these come in really handy for those nights that you don’t feel like going all out but want to make something healthy and tasty. I love Salmon any way I can get it, raw as in sashimi or freshly smoked, baked or fried like I said anyway I can get it. For this recipe all you will need is some Dijon mustard, dried dill and some panko bread crumbs and well of course the fish.
